John T. Wilkinson

John is an associate at the Toronto office of Ogletree Deakins. John previously summered with the firm.

John graduated from Queen’s University’s J.D. / M.I.R. program and holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Industrial Relations. For his undergraduate degree, John completed the University of Ottawa’s Bachelor of Social Sciences program, receiving the Gold Medal.

During law school, John worked as a Research Assistant with the Centre for Law in the Contemporary Workplace (CLCW), where he conducted research on future trends in labour and employment law. John also was a Co-Senior Editor for the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal, a Teaching Assistant for the Workplace Conflict Management course in Queen’s Employment Relations program, and Head of Sponsorship for the Queen’s Law Cancer Society.

In his spare time, John enjoys cycling, reading, and playing the bass guitar.
