Susan Ivimey

Susan is an associate at the Ogletree Deakins Toronto office where she advises employers across a broad range of labour, employment, and human rights matters. Prior to joining the firm, she completed her articles at a Labour & Employment boutique in Toronto.

In addition to completing her Juris Doctor with Distinction at the University of New Brunswick, Susan holds a Master’s degree in English from York University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s. Susan brings a wealth of professional experience in both the public and private sectors that allows her to respond to client needs with sensitivity, insight, and intelligence.

Throughout law school, Susan provided research assistance in the fields of contracts and the law of obligations. In her final year, she served as President of the Law Students’ Society and was named Most Outstanding Graduate by faculty members for her academic achievements and civic engagement.

In her free time, you can find Susan at the gym, watching movies, or experimenting in the kitchen.
