Kshemani Constantinescu

Kshemani is an articling student at the Toronto office of Ogletree Deakins. Kshemani previously summered with the firm.

Kshemani holds a Juris Doctor from Western University’s Faculty of Law and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences and Equity Studies from the University of Toronto. During law school, Kshemani was a researcher for Western’s Jessup International Moot team, where she furthered her interest in litigation and international law. She was also a volunteer researcher for the UN Women Commission of Inquiry and a coordinator for Western’s chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada.

Before law school, Kshemani worked in project management on organizational restructuring projects in academic contexts, sparking her initial interest in employment and labour issues. She also worked in the University College Dean of Students’ Office at the University of Toronto.

In her spare time, Kshemani enjoys bouldering, listening to podcasts, and exploring the best spicy foods around Toronto.
