Katelyn Weller is of counsel in Ogletree Deakins’s Toronto office. Her practice focuses on representing employers in all aspects of labour and employment law.
Katelyn regularly assists employers with drafting and updating workplace policies, employment agreements and restrictive covenant agreements. She provides practical advice to employers with regard to managing day-to-day aspects of the employment relationship, including accommodation, workplace investigations, workforce planning, performance management, and employee terminations.
Katelyn also has extensive experience advising on employment and labour issues pertaining to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other transactions.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Katelyn was counsel in the Employment Services group of a large Canadian full-service law firm.
