Jordan Simon is an employment, labour and human rights lawyer in the Toronto office of Ogletree Deakins. His practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of companies. His practice covers a broad range of issues in both the private and public sectors including dismissals, layoffs, workplace health and safety, employment standards, human rights, labour relations and privacy and information security.
Jordan regularly advises universities and school boards with legal matters related to the provision of educational services to students.
