Jordan D. Simon

Jordan Simon is an employment, labour and human rights lawyer in the Toronto office of Ogletree Deakins. His practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of companies. His practice covers a broad range of issues in both the private and public sectors including dismissals, layoffs, workplace health and safety, employment standards, human rights, labour relations and privacy and information security.

Jordan regularly advises universities and school boards with legal matters related to the provision of educational services to students.

Jordan advocates for his clients in various settings including before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, in labour arbitrations and at all levels of court. Jordan expertise also extends to alternate dispute resolution and negotiations and he regular represents employers in collective bargaining.
