Osaro Obaseki (he/him/his) is a labour and employment lawyer at Ogletree Deakins’ Toronto office. He is called to the bar in British Columbia and Ontario. Osaro assists employers on a wide range of workplace matters, including severance disputes, human rights claims, and employment standards issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Osaro began his career in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he practiced in the areas of insurance defense and employment litigation. His practice experience includes wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, contract disputes, and acting in an advisory capacity.

Osaro obtained his law degree at the University of British Columbia. In his third year, he completed an internship at the Provincial Court of British Columbia, where he provided support to judges throughout the province.
