Alexandra maintains a broad practice assisting provincially and federally regulated employers on a wide range of workplace matters, including wrongful dismissal disputes, human rights claims, labour relation disputes, occupational health and safety matters and employment standards issues. She brings a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to her day‑to‑day advisory work on hiring, disciplining and terminating, workplace policies, employment agreements, accommodation matters and issues arising from mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.

Alexandra has represented employers in proceedings at a number of courts and administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

Alexandra is recognized in the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada™ for Labour and Employment Law (2024-2026).

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Alexandra practiced at another prominent Bay Street law firm in their employment and labour group.

In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys hiking with her German Shepherd, Luna, attending Pilates classes with her friends, and travelling.
